This is definitely not yak shaving.

On the contrary, this feature would add yak fur.

And yak horns. And maybe stretch out the user's face to look more like a yak - tall and squarish, with a big nose.
A sinus function may be sufficient as a transformation to make the user's face look squarish with big sinuses.

Requirements:

• Fully 3D
• Dynamic fur physics
• Adapts to user's face in realtime

spite/FaceMeshFaceGeometry could help, it projects video onto a 3D mesh, see this demo.
The 3D mesh could be distorted (big nose etc.), including distorting part of the video that contains the face, and recombined with the original video for the background, plus other 3D meshes for fur/horns.
