Educate ACCESS-rAM3 users to use specific revision of rose/cylc branch

## Description
Users to be aware of that they can choose exact revision of the ACCESS-rAM3 rose/cylc suite.

## Why
If users know how to checkout a specific rose/cylc branch and revision number than we can designate specific "releases".  This will enable work to continue on the branch.
