AMD GPU Version ( Directml ) Completely Failing to Launch - "importing torch_directml_native"

I'm trying to setup my AMD GPU to use the Directml version and it is failing at the step Import torch_directml_native
I am able to run The non Directml version, however since I am on AMD both for CPU and GPU it is very slow so I was hoping to
get it working with my 6700XT.

Got this error, tried uninstalling and upgrading both pip and git to be up to date, then reinstalled. Exact same error. No idea what to do.
