Auto-image cropping via peaksearch masking

The peaksearch program supports masking via a custom h5 file, but it hasn't been used in a while.

Todos:

1. Determine the mask input file structure and find a way to quickly generate it.
2. Add override for manually-provided mask file
3. Add convenience parameters to simulate a crop via the masking function
