Unable to refresh suspended tabs with keyboard and search tabs issue

Problem
Unable to refresh suspended tabs with ctrl+r, can only click reload manually with mouse
Search tabs button constantly cut in half horizontally untill clicked a second time

Feels completely random.
Sometimes suspended tabs will just automatically load without having to do anything, othertimes its left blank and i have to reload manually with mouse.
Ill try to get a screenshot of the tab search when it bugs out, but im pretty sure normal chrome did it sometimes too, just this latest thorium version just does it alot more than prior.
