Modern Industrialization

Reason to be added

-It was present in ATM 9
-It would be a good tech mod for either using a late-game GT machine to make components for the ATM Star, or it itself having an expensive late-game GT machine/component used in the making of the ATM Star
-It would contend with Modern Industrialization. While MI is an okay skimmed down version of GregTech, I feel there is not enough documentation as to how some things work in MI (especially with MI addons), as well as machines not working as well as they should compared to their GT counterparts

GregTech will not be added to ATM10, it may be included in other future ATM packs though. Modern Industrialisation is meant as somewhat of a replacement.
