(Regression Test) Region and Enrollment should be displayed consistently displayed

This issue is for use in General Regression Testing

General:

• Enrollment should always display the latest enrollment from the Student Record
• Region should be displayed correctly from the Student Record
• If the record has no region then that should be blank (and could be reassigned during an edit)

Note:
We don't write to the Student Record Region field directly. An update would flow from Salesforce via an Enrollment
