Timelapse video isn't recording after unpause

Hi. There is an isuue, that exists for long time already. Try to pause time lapse, then unpause. It will show normal process, but video will be over in frame before pause pressed.

I just pushed a bunch of @mark-ha's commits. This issue may be fixed now. Not sure.
