Add Scoop support

I've already created an app manifest for it here:

Users can either installing it by adding the bucket first like this:

scoop bucket add jericjan https://github.com/jericjan/scoop-bucket
scoop install jericjan/ls-interactive

Or by directly using the URL like this:

scoop install https://github.com/jericjan/scoop-bucket/raw/master/bucket/ls-interactive.json

With this 2nd method, you can take my ls-interactive.json, place it anywhere in your repo, and use that file's raw URL instead.

EDIT: Why did i call it scoopy? Man, I need sleep.
