docs: Update partitioning cheatsheet to reflect Fedora as default

The partitioning cheatsheet referenced "Arch Linux ARM" as the default
installation option, but Fedora Asahi Remix has been the default/flagship
distribution since its release.

Update the reference to match the current installer behavior.
