Include scripts from hubot-scripts organization

For awhile now, we've been encouraging people to start new repos/package for their scripts rather than continuing to add to the github/hubot-scripts repo. Contributors can file issues on the hubot-scripts/packages to get their repo forked to that organization.

The catalogue should take this into account, in addition to the scripts in github/hubot-scripts

I think a better approach is going to be to search npm for packages tagged hubot-scripts, than relying on the organization.
