Add swiping left and right functions to series on the search page

Description

In other parts of the app, you can add series to the playlist and other functions by swiping left and right.
But on the search page, this feature does not work; you can only enter the secondary menu by clicking on relevant categories to perform the related operations.

But searching and adding to playlists, etc., is something that is commonly done, and it should be made more convenient and efficient, such as adding swipe left and swipe right functions, just like in other parts of the app.

I know that the search can find both series and podcasts at the same time, but podcasts cannot perform the same operation. But you can add features to series alone, not to podcasts, or add another set of swipe left and right related operations to podcasts.
