[Feature] NAP node resource usage shown in Azure Portal

Surface NAP Node resource information (CPU, Memory, Disk utilization) to Azure Portal. Currently this info is accessible through Azure CLI

Work-around
Users can use Azure CLI to view NAP node resource utilization metrics. Follow the guidance here + see metrics for a NAP node:

For instance:

kubectl get --raw "/api/v1/nodes/<node name>/proxy/metrics/resource"

Thanks @wdarko1 By azure portal, you also mean these will be available to prometheus. Currently NAP nodes metrics are not available their either. IE node_cpu_seconds_total{} or any kublet metrics
