Problem Statement / Use Case
When running next dev --turbopack, the BAML Next.js plugin fails to load properly. Since Nextjs is committed to turbopack in their roadmap, in the future BAML won't be able to claim first class Nextjs support without turbopack compatibility.
Proposed Solution
Enable turbopack (king move)

Use webpack (boring)
