Hit% not being calculated correctly

Bug description

Not calculating the 3% hit chance given from Biznicks Accurascope in the last 2 versions

Screen shot taken showing 2 different addons showing the difference in hit% ECS shows 6% while Characterstatsclassic is showing the correct [9%]

this in in Classic anniversary.

Hey @Rawtoast420 can you also check the hit bonus ECS shows in the "Ranged" section? In your screenshot you compare Ranged hit from Characterstatsclassic with the Melee hit from ECS.
