[Appointment Information] Backend Setup and Store Appointment Information in Database

Use Case

This will be used by all patients as a part of their recovery journey to document and prepare for their in-person appointments.

Problem

In order to provide users with a notification informing them of their appointments, we need something in the backend to store the relevant information to include in the notifications.

Solution

• Define a database schema for appointment information (including which documents to bring)
• Allow for different time zones when scheduling and triggering notifications
• Scheduled job to check for upcoming appointments (?) OR setting up / modifying the notification every time the appointment information is edited
• Handling cancellations and changes to appointments
• Testing

Alternatives considered

None at the moment. There needs to be some sort of backend implementation to store this information.
