Encryption: Add tpm based FDE Encryption

We should maybe think about adding more future proof encryption ways.

Ubuntu has recently added tpm encryption too:

Maybe also allow the use of --hw-opal and --hw-opal-only.
Could be a drop-down list when choosing Luke encryption.
