Add CPU architecture override

I run a znver-4 machine, but due to turning off the iGPU it reports as x86_64-v4. While I can correct for this after an install, it would be a huge QoL improvement to have an option to select the system architecture with it defaulting to an 'auto' mode.

You should already be able to do this in the "Configure Installer Mirror List" --> "Edit Pacman Configuration":

That said, I'm unable to get that feature to work in my test VM... But maybe just editing the live installer's /etc/pacman.conf is sufficient?

Editing /etc/pacman.conf works, but the option would still be nice although again the only reason I'm raising this is because my znver-4 Ryzen 7700x is being misdetected as x86_64-v4 and I'm not quite sure why. Maybe some motherboard setting? If you want I could see what hardware flags show up
