BTRFS root FS is mounted without `compress=zstd` and `noatime`

So I decided to give the CLI installer a try and noticed that when using BTRFS, the root partition is not mounted with compress=zstd or noatime options. I thought these were the default for BTRFS on CachyOS?

Related: the installer also doesn't set chattr +C on /var/log/journal, which causes systemd-journal-flush.service to take 30+ seconds on every boot due to COW + compression overhead on small synchronous writes.

One-line fix in the installer: chattr +C /var/log/journal
