Describe the unexpected behaviour in detail.

The window stutters when they are being resized. And it's only getting worse with transparency on.

It seems that it's only happening on applications with lots of elements in it, (e.g in the video the stutter only happens in safari, whatsapp, and settings, not affecting textedit and terminal)

Same result even on a clean install

What should've happened instead?

It shouldn't stutter this bad for a relatively new CPU

Attach any logs related to this issue. For example .gpuRestart, .panic, etc files.

It could possibly be somewhat related with transparency, because disabling it (via system settings > accessibility > display > reduce transparency) used to improve the performance by a lot

Used to, because this problem exists even waay back on ventura and I used to do it to work around the issue

What's your GPU VRAM size? My laptop was like that when I had 512MB VRAM. It's fine on 1GB VRAM.

I have 36gb of ram installed on my laptop, with 4gb allocated to the VRAM

Same result still, the menu bar feels a little less stuttery, but window resizing performs exactly the same

Lilu, NootedRed, and ForgedInvariant are all on the latest commit, though I'm not sure about the others.

I'll update them once I get home
