Current draw too high for Phantom Supply

High draw of Optocoupler is too much.
Even with R_phantom at 1kOhm, supply from Mixing Console is not enough.

Solutions:

• Use more expensive, but less power-hungry Optocoupler NSL-32SR3
• Switch to virtual Ground supply (with, perhaps, Opamp ADA4099-1BUJZ-RL7) and directly use Digipot (which then has to be higher resistance and logarithmic)

• max17681 (only up to 42v instead of 48v, but the voltage will drop below that anyway)
