1. I've approved version 2.13.0 on Automation Hub, however, please add a support section similar to as in https://access.redhat.com/articles/7068606 , specifically there must be information that customers can open a ticket via Automation Hub
2. Please give us email contacts of maintainer of this collection. Please send them to ansiblepartners@redhat.com or to aklychko@redhat.com

Hi @Andersson007,

I know there have been some discussion in the past regarding AAP and requirements of documentation. Last time a PR was opened #694 and in this PR the support section had some discussion and was declined #694 (comment).

There was an update made to the README back then which added the below text:

As a Red Hat Ansible Certified Content, this collection is entitled to support through Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

If a support case cannot be opened with Red Hat and the collection has been obtained either from Galaxy or GitHub, there is community support available at no charge. Please open an issue in the Cisco MSO collection repository.

** update the README was never changed but this was a proposal that was declined.

Is the request you are now making different from the previous PR made and discussion that was held there? What changes do you require and what are the consequences when this section is not added?
