Describe the bug

I noticed there were multiple tools and some crafting consumables still marked as (in use) after my character finished deconstructing and/or repairing a vehicle through the zone manager. Any item marked this way is no longer able to be auto sorted. Deleting the zones does not reset the (in use) tag.
A bunch of marked items are at the characters tile.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Designate vehicle repair or deconstruction zones with valid content
  2. Issue the deconstruct or repair command with shift+O
  3. Watch the character carry out the task autofetching tools and items
  4. Items stay marked as (in use) after completion

Expected behavior

Items should lose the (in use) flag after completing the task
