Infinite Exchanging of 5.56 rounds to Jay exploit

Describe the bug

Well good news this is reproducible.
Bad news Is I have no idea what's going on here.
Essentially I was trading with Jay, and offering to trade rounds. I was trading rounds just fine and it seemed to be taking them, but I noticed I was able to sell infinite 5.56 rounds to him. I have 80 5.56 rounds on me in some magazines, maybe it's seeing but getting confused by that? I also have 30 reloaded 5.56 in a bag.

Steps to reproduce

1: load the save
2: talk to jay
3: ask to exchange rounds
4: select 5.56. Hell you can just hold down c to trade infinitely here and it never runs out.

Expected behavior

I expect jay to properly take my rounds, or otherwise not list exchanging 5.56 when it's not valid.
