Describe the bug
The construction recipe for "Mine Downstairs" doesn't seem to recognize the rock floor.

Steps to reproduce
- Level Fabrication to 6 and Survival to 4 (mine shows up as red on the recipe for some reason, but the other screenshot shows I have it at 4)
- Gather all materials required for Mine Downstairs recipe
- Attempt to use the recipe on rock floor (in my case beneath a burnt-down house)
Expected behavior
Recipe succeeds and a downwards shaft is made

Recipe does not recognize it
Skills are high enough, despite Survival showing as red
Debug menu info. I attempted without the debug menu first then tried to force the terrain with it, to no avail
Versions and configuration
- OS: archlinux
- Version: f23e270-dirty (cdda-linux-with-graphics-and-sounds-x64-2026-04-19-1740) installed locally
- Tileset: Chibi_Ultica
- Mods: [no_npc_food] [personal_portal_storms] (default)
Additional context
Debug menu was not used at all before the bug. Errors sometimes present at load (log should contain one) but I haven't been able to reproduce it. Please inform me if there is any additional context needed
