Describe the Bug
When attempting to open a new file in Collabora Office on Windows, the "Open" dialog lacks a functional file type filter. Instead of displaying a dropdown or list of file types (e.g., .odt, .md), the filter area is empty, rendering it impossible to narrow down files by extension or category.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Collabora Office and click the "Open" button to select a file.
- Observe that the file type filter dropdown is empty.
- Attempt to filter by file extension (e.g., .docx or .txt). No options appear.
Expected Behavior
The file type filter should display a dropdown and allow the user to select a file type to filter search results efficiently.
Actual Behavior
The user cannot select specific file types (e.g., documents, spreadsheets) to filter results. Screenshot attached shows the empty file type filter.
