PS1 Disc is not bootable

Describe the issue

I have a lot of ps1 original games and want to boot them from disc option, but it says The disc is not bootable. Before I have installed PSBBN, I was able to play all of them.

Very weird. I have never seen that before.

1. What happens if you just insert the disc when on the PSBBN Top Menu? It should autoboot.
2. What happens when you insert the disc when running HOSDMenu? It should autoboot.
3. What happens when you try to launch the game from the Browser?
4. What happens when you remove the HDD from the console and insert the disc?

5. What happens when you insert a PS2 CD based games in all those situations?
6. What happens when you insert a PS2 DVD based game in all those situations?
