I installed zen browser from aur as well (zen-browser-bin). only sine version 2.3.0.c worked (I haven't tried the new release), you may want to try install sine with the new installer. |

The installer should not be ran as root. It will handle that with elevation. By elevating it to the root user by default, it will try to download to the user's downloads folder, which of course doesn't exist on the root user. |

"Hi! I'm having trouble getting Sine to show up in Zen Browser on EndeavourOS. I have tried both the automatic installer and the manual installation method, but I still cannot see the Sine section in my browser settings.
What I've tried:
Automatic Installer: It failed with the error Failed to open file: /root/Downloads/updater.sh and stat failed.
Manual Installation: I followed your manual guide, which mentions setting up fx-autoconfig (adding config.js to the installation directory and config-prefs.js to defaults/pref). I placed and the engine folder in my profile's chrome directory.
Configuration: I cleared the startup cache and ensured the necessary flags are enabled in about:config.
Despite following every required step, the Sine manager is still missing from my settings. Is there any specific workaround for Linux users or the AUR version of Zen?
System Info:
Thanks for your help!"
