They're supposed to be in your Downloads folder, labeled as bootloader.log and installer.log. This is Windows right?

yes i have windows 10 but it's not in the downloads

Okay. Do you have an antivirus that could be blocking Sine from running an updater.bat script it downloads during the installer execution?
