[Feature Request] Option to Clear Preferences on a mod uninstall

Going by the title, it would be better to add an option like Clear Preferences when uninstalling a mod which allows the users to remove either the browser native flags configuration or mod flags configuration that the mod has modified.

This would be highly beneficial as taking the current state of Sine into consideration, every mods installed leave traces behind and I'm aware that it would be useful as users can continue using the mod as is when they re-install the mod but would be a bad idea when it comes to browser native flags as they might cause conflicts with other mods that rely on the same browser native flags by the other mod that the user has uninstalled in the past.

We're going to begin a priority-based private roadmap. I'll make sure to include this in it, but the current focuses are documentation and a better developer environment. When I get working on it heavily, it shouldn't take too long, so I'll make sure to update this issue when I get around to this feature.

You're right, focusing on building a documentation first is the best for people who want to develop a new mod without the help of AI and the marketplace website to look into mods beforehand as well.
