Missing support for `non-empty-lowercase-string`

I'm having the error

```
the type `non-empty-lowercase-string` for parameter `MyEntity::__construct($email)` could not be resolved: cannot parse unknown symbol `non-empty-lowercase-string`
```

with valinor 2.3.2

Would be great to add support for this type as well to valinor. Psalm and phpstan are supporting it.
