Add support for `remind.yaml`

If a project uses only .yaml extension, it's really weird to have just one file with .yml. I have a pretty rich toolchain and all tools support .yaml nowadays.

@kqito I can't say if its working, as I have the following configuration, I have TODO in my code, but list gives me a blank list and it does the same with both extensions:

$ cat remind.yaml
comment_regex: "(?i)TODO"
datetime_format: "%Y/%m/%d"
search_directory: .
remind_if_no_date: false
validates:
  datetime:
    format: "%Y/%m/%d"
$ reminder-lint list

What type of TODO comments are you trying to list? If they don't contain dates (like TODO: 2024/01/01), you might need to set remind_if_no_date: true in your config to see them.
