first step, yarn, fails with no scenarios

Running the first command, yarn fails:

~/source/dmsrs$ yarn                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       1 ↵ master 
00h00m00s 0/0: : ERROR: There are no scenarios; must have at least one.

Running Ubuntu 22.04

$ uname -a
Linux modnar 5.15.0-84-generic #93-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep 5 17:16:10 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ yarn --version                        master 
0.32+git

It seems like you're not using the right yarn. If you don't like YARN, you can still use NPM and it should work in the same way (:
