deps: bump posthog-telemetry to 0433745 (teardown SIGSEGV fix) (#87)

Points at consolidated posthog-telemetry main (DataZooDE/posthog-telemetry#3):
stops the telemetry worker before OpenSSL teardown — fixes an intermittent
process-exit SIGSEGV shared by all extensions bundling this submodule.
