💡 Feature Request: Previous/Next tool

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I can never get the hang of the tool tiers and always have to rely on player made lists that I can rarely find the tagnames for when using tagbot, which to make things even worse, doesn't even work at the moment.

Describe alternatives you've considered

When using /items to look up a specific tool. Have the embed also include a "Next tier:" and "Previous tier:" at the bottom, so players can know what their next tool should be. This should only include craftable/obtainable tools. When it comes to fishing rods, like the angler rod and felix bait rod, that can be discussed. Perhaps an additional note underneath the "Next tier" thing saying "Alt. Angler Rod" in case people don't wanna go the crafting route.
