[BUG] Previous Exam Duplicated Results

Describe the bug
Previous Exams option via Exam page displays duplicated results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Exam
2. Click on Exam History
3. Scroll down to Previous Exam
4. See duplicated results

Expected behavior
"Previous Result" should show
one result per try and not duplicated results.
