Timeout #17
Description
It would be useful to be able to configure a default timeout on startup. This would control how long unshrtn would wait for a URL to resolve. I've noticed that unshrtn can get into a state where it freezes for a while. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but it seems like all the available connections are waiting.
