Link to New Project

There isn't currently any indication on either GitHub or the website that this project is currently being maintained elsewhere. I'm not always the sharpest tool in the shed and I actually thought Materialize was no longer being maintained given the activity on this repo.

It would be great to update the archived repo and website to point to the active project. If I didn't realize this, I'm sure there are others.

Hmm...I just saw that the new Materialize project is a fork. Guess it wouldn't make sense to link unless this project wants to encourage others to switch to the actively maintained codebase.
