Edit Subtitles option

Summary

Many libraries do not have perfect subtitles situation, so it would be quite useful if it was possible to search and add subtitles for anyone that wants to watch the media. The only other recourse for these users is to bother the admin to fix the subtitles for that media or to switch to vanilla Jellyfin client.
This could be done similar to the vanilla Jellyfin client, using the movie or episode ... menu and search dialog. I believe this menu and the dialog come from the OpenSubtitles Jellyfin plugin. It certainly requires that plugin to work.
