Modifiable time on forward/backward controls via keyboard arrows

I would really like to be able to change the times of the forward/backward control keys (or at least have a key that goes ~2 seconds back).

Explanation: I like watching subbed content and usually don´t like missing any subtitles, so when it happens, I often rewind using the arrow keys; however, 5 or 10 seconds is a bit much when all I missed is 1-2 seconds away. It can be specially annoying on Crunchyroll where sometimes there is a 3-line subtitle that goes away super quickly.
I know there is an extension for Netflix that does this, but it doesn´t work anywhere else, and I thought it could be a cool feature for this one.

i might add this as a feature. have noticed this on crunchyroll aswell.
