Acceptance Criteria
Dashboard must display:
Community Rank (e.g., #23 out of 600)
Percentile (Top 10%, Top 25%)
Badge if Top 5 Fellow
Badge if Rising Star (growth-based)
Change in rank since last week
System must:
Update rankings daily.
Rank based on RP only (not SC).
Prevent ties manipulation.
Display anonymized comparisons (no exposing others' private data).
