[Feature Request] Focus Frame

There seems to be some rudimentary focus frame methodology out there with addons like FocusFrame allowing for "target switching" to do it, also pfUI seems to have a similar technology. Would it be possible to incorporate a similar feature into this version of ElvUI please?
