Bug Description

If a file has a " in it, the load command issued by the list ClickEvent will not be properly formatted. This means the command will fail.

Expected Behavior

All files should be loadable via clicking in the list.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a schematic file with " in it
2. //schem list
3. Try to click the [L] for it.
4. Failure.
