[FEATURE] Enable optionally-anonymous reports #251
Description
Problem description: At the moment, a project decides whether reports should be always-anonymous or never-anonymous. There may be cases where certain reporters desire to remain anonymous while others wish to be known.
Proposed solution: Add a per-user-per-project option whether to anonymize their identity from moderators, and prominently display this choice when the user is creating a report.
