Description
Our campus is adding a second ID number and we have successfully updated our CSV loader to add this new identifier field and type.
Unfortunately, not all records currently coming in on our daily feed have this new secondary ID number. This causes the loader to error out "Failed: Mandatory field is missing: User identifier value [user name and primary id info]"
Is there any way to allow a null value to come in? [I think the answer is no but thought it would not hurt to ask!]
We are going to be in this "in-between" state for some months and eventually we'll start getting new user records this fall without the OLD, original identifier.
The only workaround we have found is to allow the load to run, capture the errored records, and reload them with a different loader that omits the new ID number and type. This is cumbersome, to say the least!
