SBE v2.x conversion

Currently, only SBE v1.0 message schema is converted to and from Orchestra. However, some firms are using v2.x release candidate (latest is RC3). Add conversion for the latest release candidate. This may evolve into a final 2.0 standard with some modifications, depending on future standardization efforts.
