bug: Collection Drop-down Menus Do not appear anywhere

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download a Collection
2. Add the Collection
3. Search for Menus
4. Scratch Head

Expected behavior

I would expect that when I add one of the official Collections, I would be able to see the drop down menus that are supposed to appear at the far right of the menu bar.

Actual behavior

I add the collection, select it, but the drop downs never appear.
