AUTHORS/CONTRIBUTORS lists support ORCID iD

Entries in the AUTHORS or CONTRIBUTORS now support the association to an ORCID iD. The full supported syntax is:

<FamilyName>, <GivenName> ['<'<Email>'>'] ['['<ORCID URI>']']

The new optional <ORCID URI> value is eventually published as author metadata on FairMQ's zenodo.org publication:

If you are already listed in one of the AUTHORS or CONTRIBUTORS files, and you would like to add your ORCID iD and/or an email, please open a pull request.
