Items don't update on sytem wake up

I've had this issue on macOS accross multiple versions of both sketchybar and macOS, I just ignored it as it's not critical.

When the laptop goes to sleep and i open it back up the Items dont show back up, except for when I go to sleep on the first Space. In other words if it goes to sleep and the n wake up on the first space it works fine but if I go to sleep on another space it stops showing all the items. To bring them back I just have to switch spaces to any other and they all come back. After that it works fine. What could be causing this behaviour?
