Sudden change of fonts on labels

I have noticed our fonts are suddenly changed to Gill Sans on axis labels.
This is new, and I can see it in the docs examples too.
Adding my own label styles doesn't seem to override it either.

This seems to be happening for Chrome on Windows. Cannot reproduce on Edge on Windows. Cannot reproduce on Chrome on Mac.

Actually it looks like a Chromium bug having to do with Gill Sans. https://issues.chromium.org/issues/457939333
